What is RealFLO?

RealFLO is Control Microsystems™ proprietary gas flow computer configuration application. It is a software-based tool for writing the flow computer application to the controller, configuring and writing the individual flow runs to the controller and executing the flow calculations. Accumulated flow histories, (hourly and daily), as well as event and alarms logs are automatically saved in controller memory and can be uploaded to the local computer with the RealFLO application. This logged data can be saved to a PC hard drive and subsequently exported to a CSV (comma-separated-variable) file, for use in third-party software applications such as Microsoft EXCEL and WORD or a CSX file, for use with Flow-Cal equipment. RealFLO also provides the facility for the configuration and calibration of multiple-variable-transmitters (MVT) and the configuration of the controller itself.
