How is the SCADAServer software license transferred from one computer to another?
The SCADAServer software license functions only on the computer on which it is installed. If it is necessary to run SCADAServer on another computer, a new license will have to be purchased or the existing license transferred to the other computer.
To transfer the license to another computer:

Install SCADAServer on the computer that is to receive the license.

Start the newly installed SCADAServer application.

The License Configuration dialog is displayed. (See below).

Remove the floppy disk and insert it into the floppy disk drive of the computer that contains the licensed copy of SCADAServer.

Start the SCADAServer application on the computer that contains the licensed copy of SCADAServer.

When the boot-up screen appears (see below), press the key on the PC keyboard.

The License Configuration dialog is displayed. (See below).

Select the Finish button.

Select the Program | Close command to exit SCADAServer.

Remove the floppy disk and insert it into the floppy disk drive of the computer that

contains the unauthorized copy of SCADAServer.

Select the Next button.

When the license transfer is complete, the following screen is displayed:

Select the Finish button to complete the procedure.

Select the Program | Resume Program Execution command.

Remove the floppy disk from the drive
