Radio Path Study Requests
As part of our ongoing program of dedicated customer support, Control Microsystems is pleased to announce that it now offers Radio Path Study services free of charge.
A radio path study is a valuable analysis tool used to determine radio signal loss over a terrain profile. It can help in determining critical system components like radios, antennas, towers, repeater stations and system layouts. A typical study is generated from customer-supplied GPS coordinates utilizing specialized software tools.
Path Study Request Form
To initiate a Path Study request, the customer must complete a copy of the
Path Study Request Form
. This Excel-based form is designed to prompt the customer for answers to most questions our staff will have. When filled out carefully and in detail it will ensure the resulting Study is completed quickly and accurately.
The completed form must be submitted to Control Microsystems at
pathstudy@controlmicrosystems.com
. Once finished, the study will be emailed directly to the customer and copied to their Sales Representative who may initiate a follow-up discussion.
Note: There is a two-week turn-around time for any submitted path study request.
