Enter the names and details for Contacts that can be selected to receive alarms. The contact detail may be a cell phone number for SMS or email address. When entering a phone numbers, please enter them with digit and supported delimiters (',' '.' ' ' '-' '(' ')') only, e.g. 123 456 7890, (123)456-7890 or 123-456-7890.

The time to wait, in minutes, for a message to be acknowledged before notifying the next entry in the chain. A value of 0 minutes results in all members of the chain being notified immediately.

Select Contacts that will be notified of alarms during Working Hours. Each user will be contacted in sequence. The next user in the chain is contacted after the configured interval.
