Current Status:

Pump operation status displays the Running or Stopped state, the Lead, Lag or Standby status the pump availability and the state of the HOA switch.

Cumulative Failures

Cumulative Failures:

Cumulative pump failures since last pump accumulators reset. This includes all failures, even if the retry limit for the failure was not reached.

Clear Pump Trip
Clear Pump Trip:

Select the pump Clear button to clear a pump trip condition and enable the pump to attempt to resume normal operation.

Start
Start:

When a start pump command is received the specified pump is started as long as the stop float or stop transducer level for that pump has not been reached. The pump will run until a stop command is issued, or the stop point is reached. An event is logged specifying the pump that was started, and that it was a manual start.

Stop
Stop:

When a stop pump command is received the specified pump is stopped as long as the start float or start transducer level for that pump has not been reached. The pump will remain stopped until a start command is issued, or the start point is reached. An event is logged specifying the pump that was stopped, and that it was a manual stop.

Availability

Availability:

The availability section displays and controls the Enabled or Disabled availability of the pump. When availability is enabled the pump operates normally in the alternation scheme, when the availability is disabled the pump is removed from the alternation scheme. When the availability is set to Disable the specified pump is taken off line. If the pump is running it will be stopped first. The FlowStation will not be able to control the pump while the pump is unavailable. Alarms may be issued if the pump logic attempts to control the pump since the pump won’t start. An event is logged specifying the pump that was made unavailable, or returned to an available state.
